Although culturenut may provide support with shipping, logistics, and payment details, once your payment is made, the seller is responsible for shipping your item. The transaction is between you and the seller.
Selling: The buyer has an option to pay full price for your listing or make an offer. You will be able to accept or decline offers through the website. Although culturenut may provide support with questions, shipping, logistics, and invoicing, the transaction is between the seller and the buyer. Once the buyer pays the invoice, the seller is responsible to ship the listing within 2 business days. When the buyer receives the item, culturenut will release payment to the seller, less the applicable fees, shipping, and other charges and amounts.
